Terms of Service

1. Agreement

Humanize AI is provided by Chako LTD. By downloading, accessing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies to the iOS version unless a custom agreement is presented in the applicable store.

2. The service

Humanize AI provides tools that can rewrite submitted text, estimate whether text displays patterns associated with AI-generated or human writing, and identify potential plagiarism matches and sources.

Features, limits, supported formats, and providers may change as we improve the app. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue a feature where reasonably necessary, including for security, maintenance, provider availability, or legal compliance.

3. Accounts

You may use some features as a guest. Account features can use email, Apple, or Google sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your sign-in method and for activity performed through your account.

You must provide accurate information and may not create multiple accounts or manipulate identifiers to bypass usage limits, subscriptions, security controls, or enforcement actions.

You may request account deletion in the app or through the account deletion page. Deleting an account does not automatically cancel a subscription billed by Apple or Google.

4. Your content and results

You retain ownership of text and files you submit. You grant Chako LTD and its service providers a limited, non-exclusive right to process that content only as needed to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the requested service, and to comply with law.

You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit the content. The app does not transfer ownership of generated or rewritten output to Chako LTD, but third-party rights and applicable law may still affect how output can be used.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the service for unlawful, deceptive, harmful, or abusive activity;
• submit content that violates another person's privacy, intellectual property, or other rights;
• use the service to impersonate others, commit fraud, or misrepresent authorship where disclosure is required;
• bypass quotas, payment controls, App Check, authentication, or other security measures;
• scrape, overload, reverse engineer, resell, or automate access without written permission; or
• rely on the app to facilitate academic misconduct or violate the rules of a school, employer, publisher, or platform.

We may limit or suspend access where we reasonably believe these terms, store rules, or applicable laws have been violated.

6. Subscriptions, trials, and billing

Humanize AI offers optional auto-renewable monthly and annual Humanize AI Pro subscriptions that unlock the premium features described in the app. The subscription title, duration, localized price, trial or introductory-offer terms, and included features are displayed before you confirm a purchase.

Apple App Store purchases

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically for the same duration unless you cancel it or turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
• Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends at the price Apple displays for the selected plan, subject to any required notice or consent for price changes.
• You can manage or cancel the subscription from Apple Account subscription settings. Deleting Humanize AI or your Humanize AI account does not cancel the subscription.

Google Play purchases

• Payment is charged to your Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it before renewal through Google Play subscription settings, subject to Google Play's billing rules.
• Deleting Humanize AI or your Humanize AI account does not cancel the subscription.

If a free trial is offered, eligibility and duration are shown before purchase. Any unused portion of a trial may be forfeited when you purchase a subscription where the applicable store rules provide for that result.

Refunds, billing disputes, cancellation rights, and price changes are handled under the applicable store policies and consumer law. By subscribing, you agree to this section, our Privacy Policy, and these Terms. Apple purchases are also subject to Apple's Standard EULA and Media Services Terms and Conditions. Google Play purchases are also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service.

You can use Restore Purchases in the app to restore an eligible purchase made with the same store account.

7. Accuracy and responsible review

You are responsible for reviewing rewritten text, citations, factual claims, grammar, and compliance with applicable academic, professional, publishing, and platform rules. Humanize AI does not guarantee that rewritten text will be classified as human by any detector.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free results, a specific detection outcome, or acceptance by any school, employer, publisher, platform, or automated system.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chako LTD and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of the service, including academic action, lost work, lost revenue, or reliance on analysis results. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Changes, termination, and governing law

We may update these terms when the service or law changes. The updated date will appear at the top. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated violations, security threats, nonpayment, or legal requirements.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country. Courts with lawful jurisdiction may hear disputes.
